Check-in process extremely slow!!! Towels took multiple requests to receive. Sinks in the bathroom caused issues, needing room change. Surprised there were so few basic amenities provided!!!

The staff were genuinely friendly, especially Sara who made my son’s birthday feel special. We enjoyed the apartment’s basic cooking facilities, perfect for nights we didn’t want to eat out.
